It will be de facto a hot corner on D&R web site as we believe that this is one of the hottest field in the IP/SOC business. Webcast on D&R website D&R web site offers webcast renewed twice a year. From this portal the confidential data about their IP portfolio
are transferred into the target intranet catalogs of the OEM
companies with whom an agreement has been signed up. This data
transfer is performed without firewall intrusion of the OEM company
and through straightforward Java import/export mechanisms patented
by D&R . These 25 providers will receive as well as the target
companies in 2004 a separate monthly D&R Gateway Bulletin
stating the data update and the import actions.
D&R IP Delivery services D&R offers to all large OEMs acquiring IPs , IP packaging and delivery services. D&R will assure the interface with the providers and guarantee an IP delivery following the large companies wishes in terms of catalog data and IP version file packaging based on appropriate XML schemes. IP/SOC 2004 - December 8-9, 2004 - Grenoble, France We were numerous and very glad to meet last November in Grenoble (France) at IP/SOC 2003 which has been according to all participants a very successful event due to such a good focus in topics of interest.  The audience grew from 200 last
year to 320 registered participants
This sign by itself shows that the importance
of the event is
just ramping up and got momentum all over the world ; the audience
has a good international distribution (32 countries represented
and 60% from Europe). The bi-partitioning of the event into high
level technical sessions
and
exciting panels (verification, configurable IP and SoC, Asic
platform, impact of SystemC) was a success. Overall with its best
IP/SOC prize delivery and the large exhibition, it becomes
obvious that nobody playing a leading role in this area can miss this
event.
