ARM Announces New Version Of RealView Developer Kit For Developers In China
CAMBRIDGE, UK - Nov. 16, 2004 - ARM [(LSE: ARM) (Nasdaq: ARMHY)] today announced its first RealView® Developer Kit for the ARM7™ processor family, designed specifically for the Chinese market. This new RealView Developer Kit is based on the RealView Developer Suite and includes a targeted ARM7 processor family JTAG run control unit, fully optimizing C compilation tools and powerful GUI debugger which enables developers to significantly reduce design time of ARM7 family-based products. The localization of the Developer Kit includes Chinese compilation tool messages along with Chinese product documentation. The Developer Kit will be targeted at the Chinese market and will be distributed by Guangzhou ZLGMCU Development Co. Ltd., one of the leading embedded system solution providers in China.

Pricing and Availability
The Chinese version of the RealView Developer Kit for the ARM7 processor family will be available to the market during Q1 2005. Pricing will be available direct from Guangzhou ZLGMCU Development Co. Ltd upon release.
