Overview
Barco Silex is a micro-electronic design house with more than 30 engineers, belonging to the Belgian Barco electronic group and having its offices in Belgium in Ghent and Louvain-la-Neuve, close to the Belgian capital Brussels. Barco Silex also has a design center in France in the region of Aix-en Provence.
Barco Silex provides a variety of high-skilled services, including ASIC and FPGA design up to the development, testing and delivery of your high-end sub-system board. Starting from your specifications, Barco Silex delivers cost-effective solutions for your specific design by using our expertise in your time-to-production race.
We offer to customers partnerships with different selected IC suppliers and IP providers, and integrate our expertise in your SoC sub-sytem (System on a Chip) design and PSoC (Programmable System On a Chip). With time and cost as the driving forces, we offer qualified services to meet the demands of small and large system builders, providing the flexibility needed in real partnerships.
Barco Silex customers include industry leaders and innovators in all areas of electronics, spread all over Europe and even overseas. Several agreements with high tech technology companies are signed, to expand our design activities used in complex FPGA, ASIC and related board level designs.
